All experiences that are manifested in the physical reality, first get arranged on a higher level, and are then brought down into the physical. This is another reason why some things are not remembered by the physical mind – we are deliberately choosing to forget, so that it can be a “surprise” when it manifests and therefore can be experienced anew. Those fragments that haven’t been forgotten, we call “Deja-vu”.
By creating a clear focused intention, we would be setting a direction for a path which contains the related experience. This can be a very involved process – bringing up a whole range of emotions from excitement to fear. Excitement that you really can experience whatever you choose to, and fear that some things may have to totally change in the process of re-aligning your life. Any fear that may be experienced comes from the ego aspect, which seeks reassurance regarding its own survival. You can reassure your ego that it is a valuable part of you and will always remain so, regardless of what reality you may choose to experience. As we evolve, grow, and ascend, we integrate and take everything with us, and our human ego construct is an important part of that.
When setting an intention for an experience, it’s important to keep the focus on the related emotional energy while leaving out any specific details. This is what creates the space for the most relevant version of that reality to manifest. The following phrase can be used as a key to unlock a path towards a reality you prefer:
I would like to experience a reality where I am... [doing - “what”] [being - “how”]
This is very powerful statement, because it is backed up by the understanding that whatever you put after “I am“ – already exists. There is a parallel version of you who is doing what you are describing, right now. Using your imagination, you are tapping into the energy of that reality and re-aligning your own path to include a similar experience. The words "I would like to experience a reality" is a clever way to side-step any internal resistance that may be felt when the preferred reality is very different from the one that's currently being experienced. Once that resistance is no longer present, we can drop the first part of the phrase and just use the power contained within "I am".
To be most effective, the above phrase requires the following elements:
Examples of doing:
Enjoying, feeling, touching, tasting, smelling, hearing, seeing, sensing, making, creating, seeing, expressing, sharing, appreciating, moving, having, connecting, directing, understanding, interacting, communicating, remembering, reminding, living, loving, allowing, demonstrating, manifesting, attracting, revealing, elevating, ascending, growing, inspiring, encouraging, enabling, walking, engaging, building, assembling, selecting, giving, receiving, absorbing, clearing, releasing, uniting, combining, perceiving, realising, participating, collaborating, leading, organising, arranging, aligning, providing, discovering...

Creating a phrase that aligns you with your truth can be a very emotionally-demanding process, with many energetic shifts taking place within the body. Sensing the potential power of using this technique, some people can actually become too frightened to continue. Right now, I am holding your hand through this process, so let’s go ahead and create some phrases to help direct our awareness.
As you read the following text, take a few moments to decide if the described reality resonates with you:
I would like to experience a reality where...
I am expressing my truth with freedom and joy
I would like to experience a reality where...
I am appreciating the beauty of my body
I would like to experience a reality where...
I am consciously creating my reality experience
I would like to experience a reality where...
I am accessing all of the resources that are relevant to my life
I would like to experience a reality where...
I am loving all aspects of myself
I would like to experience a reality where...
I am seeing clearly what my soul truly desires to experience in this life

Remember that these realities already exist, and having a focused intention is simply a way of directing our movement towards that experience. Once you identify a phrase that fits you, it has the capacity to resonate through your whole being – aligning you with your truth and affecting every decision you make from that point on.
